How to not dread working on a Saturday especially when you've got to rise early and get your ass over to Banting, Selangor for a photoshoot and videoshoot session that ends at 11PM. Well, I still did all of that and though it was the toughest shooting experience for me, I'm glad to have known some new friends along the way and that made everything much easier (sometimes non-work conversations are needed at situations like this to stay sane).

The shooting for Stoned & Co.'s Incandescence collection was located at a palm oil factory in Banting where there were swarms of flies 24/7. We brought mosquito repellent patches but it didn't seem to work so we had to get the sticky trap for flies and boy oh boy, by the end of the day we had so many dead bodies, I'm out!

To cheer myself up, I brought the Canon SXL with the Agfa Vista 200 and sneaked some shots of the models while I was working. Some of the shots were blurry because I did not turn my flash on and spoil the settings and lighting while the real professional photographer is doing his thing. My favourite shot has got to be of my new friend, Mammina Aker, still looking sharp while she's taking a break.
