Monthly Journal: November 2018
November 30, 2018
The second last month of the year has ended and its's now a month away from 2019. November was super fun with three short trips during the weekends to Rawang, Cherating, and Malacca. It definitely kickstarted the year end holiday mood and also acted as a mini getaway for relaxation after weeks of hectic work in the office.
These boys have came a long way since the formation of their company, Deltabis, and it was great to see them having so much fun together. BBQ was the bomb alright and beer pong was crazy as well. Full story and crazy film photos of the trip HERE.
The next short vacation was to Cherating Beach for a beach event, Wipe Out 2.0 and also because Abang wanted to surf. I seldom travel to this side of Malaysia so it was quite exciting for me and also I played beach volleyball for the first time too! I shot the whole trip in film too, STORY HERE.
The last short getaway for the month was Malacca with my family. We never really had a family outing before so it was definitely a great time spent together. Aside from the heritage buildings, the food is just as amazing. I've eaten the same food every time I am there and it still tastes so, so good. Missing Malacca food right now! STORY HERE.
Amidst all the fun, the fact that a new year is just lurking around the corner really got me wondering if I did improve or mature in any aspect of my life and thoughts. I guess it's also because my birthday is in January and I usually get very 'emo' when the date nears. Not too sure if it's an Aquarius thing or what but also, here's the only successful shot of the moon on film after wasting half a roll trying to get it right. It's also my first time taking a photo of the moon on film and even though this is the maximum my 200mm lens can go, I'm already super happy that I can see the lunar maria in my photo. This one is so precious!
