Winter clouded the snow filled land,

We will build a cottage by the snowman,

Enjoying scones and jam,

Sway to the rhythm of jazz,

As I reach for your sheer cold hand.

Spring morning with music of my favourite band,

Delicious breakfast of bread and jam,

Out of the window I see a big green patch,

A man,

His lambs,

And flowers that bloom are a spring must haves.

Glaring the eyes of man,

Under the summer sun children ran,

Huge grins ice-cream in hand,

With my favourite pair of Rayban,

On the summer sand,

I stand.

Caffeine I drank,

By the river bank,

Windy it was till it blows away my hat.

Krystal my cat,

Towards me it ran,

In it’s mouth held an interesting map,

Guiding me to places that have,

Falling leaves to collect with my hand,

Hey, after all autumn is not that bad.

This was a class project with some of my closest university friends. University definitely became one of the highlights of my life where I went through numerous 'growing-up' situations and of course, meeting friends that brought much more laughter and meaning to my life.

Recently, all of us started our new lives as serious workers and it's funny how we have grown so fast. From fresh high school grads drooling at boys to English Language graduates who are constantly learning and challenging ourselves.

Those days we had plenty of time to waste. These days, it's even hard to find a day that we can agree on to meet up. Can't wait till we all agree on a date to meet up and talk nonsense again!
